Bill McFarland Jr., co-owner and managing member, has spent the last 17 years in the property management industry with dreams of one day having his own management company. Throughout his time in the industry Bill has seen it all. What he found is that if you provide a quality home and timely responses to any tenant concerns, both the landlord and the tenant can carry on a great working relationship. Partnering with his wife and two aunts The Nest Egg Group was formed in 2017 and continues to grow.
